What's up with French comics is all that casual nudity?
Translation because I'm too lazy to edit the image directly this time.

I don't like this correction as it splits up should and have, which are normally kept together and contracted to should've in spoken English. But again, I think it works both ways, I'll seek a third opinion.

Writing's a wee bit messy for my tastes, but it's interesting enough for me to keep going plus it's not exactly WORDSWORDSWORDS so the pagecount isn't as intimidating as it looks.
I'll most likely post book 2 ITT as well, in an hour or two. If the other thread is 404 tomorrow I'll post the usual stuff in the win-o.

was the original French "sixième étage"?
In France as in rest of Europe including the UK that means the sixth floor above the ground floor, or "Rez-de chaussée", but USA counts ground as the first.
I ask because I thought the writer was referring to the JFK assassination where Oswald was seen firing a very similar rifle from the 6th (US) floor, last window on the right, and not second from right as in this comic. I guess this minor difference may be part of the alternate history theme here.

I'm not sure I agree with this, poisonous implies it's inherently poisonous, poisoned means someone has deliberately poisoned it. And left to us is to me more in line with the inheritance thing.

I did a little googling, and it seems that either is OK, just a spelling difference, no-one seems to know if it's a British/American English thing, but I was always taught neurone in school. And for example, the NHS page calls it motor neurone disease. I'm gonna stick to my guns and be a britbong through and thorugh.
