Why does IDW hate Alex Milne so much?

I assume this has to do with the currently storyline in MTMTE. Considering how he reacted when the first issue talking about that alternate universe was released, it definitely felt like a lot of it was his ideas, so I assume he's pissed he's no drawing the one arc he was looking forward to working on since he had a higher input in it.

And if it's true I mean it sucks but he most likely signed a contract that says whatever ideas he pitches belong to Hasbro and IDW (which is why you don't give those companies your best ideas). But I doubt it's true, Milne looks like he's professional enough to not air problems between himself and IDW without talking to and Editor, he's not a Marvel guy.
