>>90196767
What are you, a brainless cuck? Politics is the only thing that matters now
>>
>>90196677

You are oversimplifying the issue so you can check a box and walk off in smug superiority. No one is calling the Republican party, itself, the Nazi party. That said, there ARE legitimately nazis currently under the republican banner under the name of the Alt Right, but don't feel too bad about that. Because we have a two party system, it was inevitable that someone was going to end up with them. They have to vote for someone.

The majority of the Republican party are reasonable people with opinions that I disagree with on some parts and agree with on others. But the current president and his staff don't really represent those people, and Trump is really easily swayed by people whose opinions he trusts because he doesn't have any political experience himself. Unfortunately, a number of the people who have his ear are affiliated with the Alt Right. That worries me, because they are in a position to do a lot of damage, more influence over american politics than the white nationalist fringe group has ever had before in the history of our nation.

This is a much more complicated issue than "Republicans are nazis lol" because of course it is. Real life is never as simple as what fits on a facebook image macro.

Two different situations. In the first post she is referring to big special interest groups and their influence in Washington. Corporate money choosing our senators and so on.

The second post, ages later, is responding to a specific claim by Trump that the presidental election itself was being rigged.

Its a non-comparison between two totally unrelated topics based only on the same word appearing in both posts.

Belle's father being an inventor kind of plants seeds of Belle being forward thinking and creative.

By changing that you kind of undermine feminism, as you remove the supportive, inspirational father.

>The change was politically motivated
and? Even if it is true, as long as it fit within the story (and it does), there is zero reason to complain about it. it isn't trying to convey anything negative. I mean, what's the gist of it? "girls being raised by an inventor father can become a bit of an inventor too"? why do you complain about that?
>and unnecessary.
Cartoons are unnecessary. almost everything except fot eh the most basic needs are unnecessary. Being unnecessary. isn't a reason enough to not do something.
>Not very well.
Well, it doesn't help you misunderstand everything I say.
>Who cares?
Well, you apparently.
>Do you think it's a problem if I point it out?
You seemed to complain about it, so I thought it was a problem for you, but now it isn't?
>Should I be silent over it because someone's ass is getting sore over it?
Never said you should be silent and so far, celebrities giving their opinion seems to make your ass the sorest.
>>

We are not. Who care about politic as long as it fit with the story. That's the point. No need to make a big fuss about it if it doesn't disrupt the story. Which it doesn't.
why would you complain about it?
>>
>>90199643

>>It's not a faithful adaption for political reasons.
Kek you're honestly just posting to your own headcannon.
No adaptation is ever fully faithfull, you ar complaining about a change that fit the most in the story.
If it doesn't hurt the story, if it can add some funny scene and/or character development then why are you complaining about it?
>>
>>90199706

Too bad. Close the thread. Your opinion is just that. Yours. Mine is just as relevant, and surprise, I'm posting it. No matter how much you don't like it. No matter how much you want me to stop. Because I do feel it's relevant. And there's more than enough pieces to pull it in.

Not really, this is the one question anon hasn't answered to.
>>90199881
>>hur durr wymyn are as mart as men shitlord
Uh?... No. that is not the message of Belle doing a few stuff too. How about, "girl can learn fro their father"? Like this is literally what it is. why are you complaining about a girl learning from her father? What's wrong with that.

Also, Are you complaining that they changed the movie to include "wymyn are as mart as men shitlord"? Because if that's the case, they didn't need to change anything to have this message already. Gaston and Belle's dynamic literally express that in the original cartoon already.

So you are complaining that they changed a movie to make it include a message that was already there, while the change itself actually carry the message that a woman can learn from a man (her father)?

How does that make sense?
>>
The father being an inventor implies Belle's creativity was somewhat nurtured and inspired by her inventor father.

It shows a father being a positive force in his daughters life, in contrast to alot of fiction that shows father's only in relation to sons.
