I don't get how Cindy was attracted to Timmy, even by Jimmy Neutron character design and cgi level Timmy looks really, really bad. Like some kind of birth defect human chipmunk hybrid bad.

Reboot was made between 1994 and 2001. Jimmy Neutron was from 2002 to 2006. Considering Reboot's earliest episodes were made 8 years prior I don't think it's fair to compare the two.

Though considering how little time they had to work on each episode it's a wonder the Jimmy Neutron episodes looked as good as they did.
