I dislike it when its a Female version of a male character thats created to simply be a strait up more powerful version of the powerset. Feels like a cheap way to get points.

If the two characters have two totally separate origins or have a good reason for the power discrepancy, then great.

e.g. Big Barda and Scott Free. She's far more physically powerful than he is, and I have no problem with that. On the other hand, lets say Spider-Man and Spider-Woman (or OP's pic) and they have identical powers but she's just more powerful just because, I'd dislike it.
