Although I don't think Zoom makes sense without him being married or having kids and publicly not really hanging around Iris or Barry a ton. There's nothing personal that he could really lose which was the entire point of Zolomon. Hell he might think he doesn't have to do anything since Wally is experiencing the loss of his marriage.
