Nope. marvel destroyed the market in the 90s and sold the rights to stay alive. they should honor the deal they entered and publish the best FF stories they can because they made a fricking deal. Fox isnt the bad guy here.

Instead of saying Fox should give rights back to Marvel why not ask marvel why they dont make an offer to buy the rights back? They didnt give Fox the rights. They sold them. If they want them back bad enough they will make an offer instead of trying to undermine a deal they willingly entered into.

There is no rehabilitating the brand anon, not while FOX has it. Marvel/Disney wont create a book, nor will they bend over backwards trying to get them back. FOX on the other hand will either try again in a few years or ensure that the brand is poison so the competition wont get a dime. Theyre still pissed about the Daredevil situation. Not sure where the X Men franchise is going, seems like continuous reboots and scrapping Wolverine for X23

Marvel already has the film rights back. That's why there will be two Mutant/Fox TV shows on by the end of the year. They're keeping it quiet bc the ff are too poisonous to do anything with, and SPIDER-MAN, Black Panther and Captain Marvel were all announced or debuted around the same time. They're waiting for the right time to make the announcement. I'm thinking 11th hour involvement in Infinity Wars 2.
