I like this one. Hope the pacing picks up next issue, though.
I think we have established the premise more than sufficiently here.
Even though it is a decidedly unusual one for Marvel. Usually stories about not using your powers end very quickly with forcing the hero to do it again. And here we have a real threat if she tries to do that, paired with a problem that does not warrant that, so far.

I honestly feel like this comic would work better without She-Hulk in it. If they put in an idealist or 'green in experience' lead character to be the conduit for the reader, (doesn't even have to be established from the earlier work), readers would probably be more engaged as the conclusion wouldn't be so expected for a super hero comic.

Your assumptions don't add much to the solution.

A real solution would be for Marvel to invest in new forms of advertising and outlets to get a bigger audience. The new "#1" strategy every year is fading and if they want to survive they really should follow their stance with ' All new all different"

Better ideas can be thought up than this one from a cesspool board yet they are never implemented and it's a tragedy. However assumptions like that, even from our level, help further did the industry in the whole its in now.

Dude. You speak in the assumption that Marvel could be saved in anything remotely comparable to its current form.
What they need to actually get better is so far beyond what they can do as a company by themselves, I don't think it's fair to assume /co/ should attempt to solve their problems.
Their problem is the complete indifference of a wider public to their product and marketing system as well as dropping readiness of a shrinking audience to fork over exuberant amounts of money for flimsy comic books.
They would need to embrace their status as decidedly not high art in their format and market more story for less money.
They could try an anthology system, smaller-format volume sales, marketing via book stores, differentiating the product line into collertor-bait and consumer-bait, actually getting their shit into a format that allows outsiders to jump into a fucking book without required reading lists by untangling this stupid event nonsense that does nothing but produce fatigued groans these days...
But we know that won't happen. They'd rather run their company into the ground than try and make a different product with mass-market appeal and reasonable pricing.
If I can decide between getting some 50 pages of often mediocre art or getting 900 pages of Game of Thrones for the same money, I know where my money goes.

Honestly, this comic is really wearing thin on me at this point. It's just boring tripe that never actually goes anywhere and moves at a snails pace. Why even call it hulk when she has yet to transform into it? It's practically false advertising at this point. Why not just "Jen Walters: Shitty Attorney with Trigger Warnings", because that's exactly what this is.

Thank you for the storytime, OP. Really enjoying the series so far. PTSD can be horrible, so seeing Jen experience it in a realistic way is adding the gravity it needs (before she inevitably Hulks-out)

This comic needs better pacing and the art of the first issue. This really lacks any sort of flow; the story-telling sometimes feels awkward, especially the transitions.

That said, I like it so far and I'm actually interested in what's up with Maise.
