I actually kind of like Anne Hatheway as Catwoman, at least her body. In that she isn't highly sexualized in a physical sense. She just acts very sexy and that's what pulls Bruce in.

Her current costume is fine, but for the past 16 years or so she has mostly just worn a variation of her Darwyn Cooke costume.

Why drastically change perfection? Her Cooke outfit is literally the best design she's ever had. It's sleek, simple and decidedly "Catwoman." There's a reason you don't see really radical costume changes for Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, etc. and instead see relatively minor changes.
