I don't think it's every been really clearly defined what his mutant powers are versus what the Celestial armor does for him, but he's shown:
- concussive energy blasts from hands
- teleportation
- matter manipulation (size change, change limbs into simple and semi-complex weapons, shape-shifting)
- super-human stamina/strength/endurance (sometimes god-like, until he needs to lose)
- immortality (dies but keeps coming back)

IIRC, his original mutant power was just shooting energy blasts. Everything else came from the Celestial tech.

This could have been a retcon, and could have been retconned, but I'm pretty sure that's what the story was at one point.
