>Giving a shit about that asshole
Rick deserves to die.
Something about that scene felt off and out of place to me t.b.h.
>>90031538
Why is Iroh so good at making people cry
>>90031473
Hi Rick.
Obligatory.
when steven almost fucking died.
And the music do not help at all.
makes me cry every time i see it, just like that scene in UP when Carl picks up the adventure book near the end of the movie
This. He didn't deserve her love, but she gave it him anyway, and it changed him.
Moral Orel has a couple, the one that gets me the most is when nurse bendy breaks down in her apartment. Also that adventure time episode where it flashes back to simon aka ice king saving marciline, but now he cant remember anything but she still does.
His death took a small part of my childhood with him.
>>90031511
Was it the song?
>>90035799
When did he die?
>>90035721
Nurae Bendy's breakdown is the one that got to me
>>90037209He didn't.
The police department didn't deserve him.
>>90031538
Leaves on the vine was the only time I actually cried
>>90037372
He will
My grandpa had just died. I didn't get to see him for like two months leading up to it because his mind was so far gone and my relatives "didn't want me to ruin my memories of him."
Fuck this episode.
>>90031454
I liked Rick and Morty but that scene felt forced as fuck
Watched Luck of the Fryish yesterday and shed a few tears at the ending for the first time.

Oh man, this episode. I stayed with my Great Aunt and Uncle after my G Aunt broke her hip, to help take care of them. My G. Uncle had Alzheimers, had it for years, so I never really got to know him that well. I found out in the time I stayed there that he was a great man, a WW2 vet, a former law enforcement officer, and most surprising to me, he was like a 2nd father to my dad. Shortly after my stay there, when my aunt had recovered, he passed away. It was the first time I ever saw my father cry. I always wish I could have known him better, but bc of his illness, I never did. Now my Grandmother on my Mom's side is starting to show signs of it, and my Grandfather on my Dad's side too. I worry now everytime my Father forgets something, has it started!? I think. Dammit
The beginning of Up almost always makes me cry.

Jesus christ this movie. Fucks me up good every time.
>>90040078
This destroyed my 10 year old self in the theater.
>>90031454
I feel like Season 2 really overdid it on the whole "Rick is a depressed ass hole and cosmic adventures are traumatizing" thing. I feel like it didn't balance black humor and legitimate drama well.
>>90044030
what is it?
>>90041900
I actually agree with all of this.
>all these fanboys who actually think Steven Universe has genuine emotion to it
It's just a cartoon meant to pay homage to 80s anime to appeal to older girls, but also has flashy, colorful animation to attract kids who can't stand more than 11 minutes of sitting still at a time.

DELET THIS
Eustace and Muriel are almost identical to my grandparents that raised me. In appearance and actions. This scene always destroys me emotionally, because it reminds me of the unspoken relationship I have with my grandfather that I will likely never get to confide in him until he is on his death bed, if I get that chance, that is

Because sometimes what you want, isn't what you need
>>90045514
I think it's something different. Emily lost her will to live and thus lost her humanity. I don't think this is universal because there are people who would be happy knowing they will live forever and continue to be in touch with their inner human.
>>90031473
Nobody gives a shit about what you think jerry
>>90031454
R&M and Steven Universe is all artificial, it doesn't feel like the writers have put genuine emotion into it just put what they felt seemed sad or deep

I came REALLY fucking close at the end of this episode. Happy tears doe.
>>90048783
That movie was going to be so depressing no one wanted to work on it anymore.

My grandpa was losing it right before the end, after multiple heart attacks and a hemorrhage. I knew he was just going to be staring at the ceiling in a stupor, but I went anyway.
I walked in and asked him how he was, after he'd been unresponsive for hours. He just turned his head and shouted "What? You've gotta speak up. I don't have my hearing aid in" before passing out and dying a few hours after that.
The episode honestly just ruined my day.
>>90031611
This scene was really heartbreaking. I feel like its more sad than iroh visiting his son's grave

>>90031454
pussy.

good tears, senpai.
>>90048385
I can understand why this scene never made it into the film. It basically would undermine the entire thing about "predators" having evolved past their need to eat other mammals.
But I do like the idea of a more harsh reality in the Zootopia universe.
>>90049241
Beta version Zootopia was basically Psycho-Pass with furry animals.
