I get that I'm coming here to just get mad and blah blah hide ignore whatever, but god fuck do I hate Golden Girl. You fucks didn't make a character, you made a pair of tits and then you parade them around like this was this great creative endeavor and deserves any kind of praise or further development.

Like I don't have a problem with tits, I fucking love tits, god I wish I was holding a pair of tits right now instead arguing on the internet about cartoon tits.

I honestly don't expect a lot but this one has a different tone than usual, normally there's shit like femseid or that schoolgirl grievous stuff but it's all pretty honest from what I've gathered.

Golden Girl is usually delivered with this kind naive enthusiasm that there's nothing wrong with bolting on tits larger than the rest of her torso on a glorified 15 year old, that without a hint of self realized irony it's completely fine because hey we put the work in to 'design' freckles as if that's not just another god damn fetish for this fetish pile.

Once again, it's a fun design for the fun bags and I'll probably give myself a melancholy ending over some of the pics but I'm not fooling myself that this is getting a cartoon or fuck that it even deserves one.

I find Audrey's design attractive, from a artist's point of view. She gets the points down; cute, innocent, and you could read her personality as someone sweethearted and not a bitch. /co/ might made her in the mindset with her tits being unironically the focus and not the focus point at the same time, which is fine, but I like from her looks more, she's simple yet recognizable, and I've only know her for at least less than a year. I could tell who she is without thinking too much (tits being a *cough* big hint being besides the point for me), her face is cute and that's all I can really care for when it comes to the character. Honest, I wouldn't even recall Harley Quinn if you showed me a pic of her that wasn't like for example, the Batman: Animated series one I guess, but any fanart of GG and I'll tell that's her before even thinking about the tits.

TL;DR: If it was up to me, her tits being big isn't a problem at all, I love petite titty monsters, but I'm a simple man, I like them when they *fit* the character more than just "LookAtDemBOOBS.jpg". I'd more a more modest approach to her, but maybe some other time when the mood is right.

From a character design perspective the tits work well, they make her distinct (which is in turn why she's one of the few board OCs that never seems to die), but they also hurt any attempts at, well, taking her seriously as a character. They're unironically distracting in every image she has.

There are a lot of interesting ways to take GG as a character, from more introspective looks at coming of age stories a la Kill la Kill to more comedic lighthearted silver age fare like what most current ideas lean towards, but there's just so much autism involved in the production of the character that it makes it hard to take seriously. Comically oversized tits work as a character design, but they are way too overemphasized in most images. It seems like a thin line, but there's a clear distinction between "tongue-in-cheek character design" and "this character was made to jerk off too". It's why I fucking despise THICC-tan.

She's way past an overdeveloped teenager, and if the premise is to have a "wholesome" exploration of body acceptance and coming of age, and not just fap bait, WHY are NONE of the other characters addressing the fact that a teenage girl is so ridiculously, preposterously endowed? Because that's not the premise. It's primarily a gag strip. She's an in-/co/verse comic book character, and the Comics Code of the 50s acts as a filter on reality, preventing everyone except Iris and Rocker Billy (whose existence breaks the Code in their own ways) from noticing her chest.

There's a lot about the world that's not fleshed out or even self consistent. But the world could exist just fine w/o her in it, so it has a bit of narrative integrity to it. There's enough going on that it's not just a backdrop for Briana's face punching adventures of being hunted for having giant knockers. Sharon actually has more going for her as a main character w/ all the Batman stuff.
