It's like scrunching up in excitement of what is to come.
I feel like a joke is going over my head but whatever.
No. People don't close their eyes and bend their eyelids into into arcs when the smile, neither.

Damn beat me to it

This should have been the first post
So it's a fighting stance then? Timmy's about to start something?
I don't think you people fully understand how much he does this
>>89988136
His eyebrows don't make any sense. They are in front of his hair?
I think it's a fighting/anticipation stance. Sumo wrestlers do it during a match because hunching down lowers their center of gravity making it harder to get knocked over. Butch Hartman probably does it because his relatively simplistic and thick-lined artstyle makes traditional, subtle gestures often impossible.

it makes sense for danny because he normally tackles his foes when he's in that position

Serious question, do you have autism?
Why does he draw his feet this way?
>>89988606
It wouldn't be a problem..
Except one of his characters literally has its feet out all the time.

Because he isn't a footfaggot and highly detailed feet on a stylized character wouldn't make sense.
This thread feels like your digging for something to hate on when these are simple style traits I've seen in dozens of cartoons, not just Hartman. You may as well devote a thread to why Finn lacks a nose.

fuck's wrong with that guys thumb

All I'm saying is there have been better looking cartoons. This isn't the worst but it's crap.
