For anyone who heard that, she would sound like an enemy. He even says during the recap that they're "lucky" that she hasn't shown up again, before she reaches through a portal and smacks him.

Then a few minutes later, when asked about how the 16 years affected him, he reminisces about his time there and then describes Hekapoo as lovely and says he'll go visit her soon.

Then another few minutes later, when asked about what he thinks about her, he says that after chasing her all that time that he's gained respect for her, and that he understands why she made him earn the scissors. He said that for that, he considers Hekapoo a friend.

I.e., he's not talking about how he views Hekapoo romantically. He's saying that in spite of the stunt she pulled, she considers her a friend instead of an enemy or a jerk, which is the picture he was painting of her previously.

Also, he's never going to make an explicit statement about Hekapoo in a romantic context, and people are fucking retarded for thinking he ever would. It's innuendo and not explicit in the episode FOR A REASON, and people are retarded if they think running up to the staff and explicitly asking them is going to make them give a straight answer.

EPISODE RECAP (from memory, order may be a little off):

This episode starts out in the Diaz house at night, when everyone except Star is sleeping. Star checks on Marco to see if he's asleep, then heads downstairs and tries to eat Marco's special cereal, which he's stuck various notes on telling Star to keep away.

Then she's suddenly crystallized by Rhombulus (who has socks on his snake hands). While he's trying to haul her away, Marco comes down to check out the commotion and also gets crystallized. He then hauls them both through a portal, and the scene cuts to a crystal world where Rhombulus looks up a crystal stair case and we see Lekmet.

Rhombulus says he's found the source of the magic fritz and points to a crystal under a shroud, and asks Lekmet to come down. Lekmet boards a stair lift and begins descending, but it stops working because the magic is on the fritz. So he jumps up the stairs and carries Lekmet down.

Rhombulus rips the shroud away to reveal crystallized Star and claims she's evil and the reason behind the fritz. Lekmet is distraught, asking Rhombulus whether he knows that she's the daughter of Queen Butterfly. Lekmet says his gut is telling him she's evil. His snake hand socks become undone, and then the snakes start talking. The snake hands say it was all the head's idea, and they tried to stop him.

Rhombulus tells Lekmet to sit down in his chair to calm him down, and then opens the fridge to get him some refreshments. A crystallized Marco falls out, and Lekmet screams. Rhombulus claims he's also evil, but Lekmet is fed up and says that they should make different living arrangements.

Rhombulus pleads with him to stop and asks Lekmet who will take care of him, while Lekmet walks to a telephone and starts dialing a number. Rhombulus then crystallizes Lekmet, and starts freaking out about what he's done. The snake hands tell him he's in so much trouble.

Rhombulus freaks out some more, and the snake hands try to calm him. They point to a gym rack nearby, and tell him to do some bench presses and bicep curls to feel better.

He starts saying that sounds like a good idea, and then notices one hand is trying to dial a phone number and the other is trying to knock the head out with a baseball bat. He dodges and the bat hits the hand dialing, and he crystallizes both his snake hands. He wallows a bit after this.

He then proceeds to get mad at Star, saying it's her fault. He uncrystallizes her head, but she starts screaming so he recrystallizes her head and says he doesn't want to hear anymore screaming, covering his head defensively.

He uncrystallizes her head again, and he begins grilling her, asking her why she caused the fritz. She says she doesn't know what that is. He points to a bunch of magic orbs and says they don't work after hitting an on-off switch for them, and points to an evil-looking green portal in the sky. She mentions that doesn't look good.

At some point she makes a joke about how he's called timeout guy, and that everyone calls him that (mentions Glossaryck and Omnitraxus). He points out what he does, which is crystallizing bad guys.

He points to the large number of crystallized entities surrounding the staircase, saying they were evil. He points to a planet destroyer, and another person who was about to create a black hole but was stopped in the nick of time (the black hole is visible in the crystal). He points to a pizza delivery guy who delivered to the wrong address.

Star points to a crystallized Marco, to which Rhombulus says something like his guts told him that he was evil. Then she points to his hands, and he gets confused, saying it's different. Then he points to Lekmet, to which Rhombulus says he's a genuinely great guy and the best angel goat man ever. Rhombulus breaks down crying.

Also missed this part when he's talking about the crystallized entities, but he points to his crystal nipples and it's revealed there are two twins frozen inside, one of them evil. He just crystallized both of them because he couldn't tell.

Continuing: He realizes that his guts are wrong, and starts punching himself in the guts. He uncrystallizes the rest of her at some point, can't remember when. He mentions something about how Glossaryck was going to make fun of him, and then Star also mentions how she doesn't like Glossaryck either and that he was mean.

Using Marco's crystal as a table, they have tea while he explains more about his life/how he's been messing up and need's a win. She consoles him, and they bond over mutual dislike of Glossaryck. Rhombulus gives him his right nipple crystal as a sign of gratitude. Star also mentions at some point how Glossaryck and the Book of Spells have changed sides. Rhombulus explains that's not good for the universe, as he's the most all-knowing person in the universe. Rhombulus also mentions that he's the one who gave Glossaryck the gem on his head.

She agrees not to tell on him for crystallizing everyone, and Rhombulus agrees not to tell on Star to the High Comission for losing Glossaryck and the Book of Spells.

Star then takes a crystallized Marco home, and right before the portal closes she reminds Rhombulus to uncrystallize Marco. He falls to the ground, confused, and starts talking about the crystal guy he saw right before he was crystallized.

Star tells him it was all a dream and forcibly feeds him some cereal from off the floor, to which Marco asks whether that cereal was on the floor. The episode then ends.
