Making Scarecrow a drug addict for fear is weird. He should be more addicted to the feeling of inflicting terror in others rather than feeling it himself. This book had weird characterization for him. Its pretty cool he was able to almost create a Sinestro ring even if i was huge but it seemed he was more obsessed with feeling terror himself rather then doing much with it.
