The problem is that it shit on the characters from how they were in YJ but if you didn't read that first you'd probably be ok with it.

Everything about Bart in that run, particularly his transition to Kid Flash, took a complete dump on Impulse, YG, the Flash and essentially every other appearance before it.

Young justice was the only other encounter I remember having with Kid flash, and I like this kid better. He is more cunning and intelligent and really speed of mind, vs the YJ one who is just kindove immature. Also I dont really have alot of exposure or knowledge about flash or any of the Justice league. I mostly Just focus on Teen titans. And even within teen titans I am very picky about who I like.

That isn't really how Bart was. Original Bart was the kid who was VR friends with Brainiac 5 because he needed someone who could keep up with him mentally. The modern age characters just had a tendency to be patronizing due to how poorly socialized he was, which was also dialed up a bit in YJ compared to his own book.
