If the Star Wars prequels were to get a digital re-release then what would you like to see being added? For me are the deleted scenes because there are certain scenes that should have been added to improve the scenes and that it would add some needed answers to some of the film's question

Episode 1:

That scene I would like to see because we only saw a small number of the podracers that have entered the track and we don't know much. I like to explore much of it. Don't include the family because we know what happen to the father and that would make it worse

This is something I think we would explore abit of Anakin' past and the people that knew him. Also we saw Anakin and Qui-Gon running towards the ship and so that would add some reasons why

Episode 2:
>Padme Address the Senate
This I think would have been an important scene to include because of this reason. How and why Jar Jar was allowed to give emergency power to Palpatine. We know how manipulative Palpatine is, and this scene would have added a reason. Padme was part of a coalition that opposed the Republic from creating an army and would block a passing of security measures involving the Separatists. Palpatine knew that and would need a reason to remove her and have Jar Jar pass the bill in her place

>The Lost Twenty
This is one of the most important scene that was needed because it helped build Dooku's character, and more clearly established his relationships with Qui-Gon. Essentially viewing him as more of a son then a padawan. It would give Dooku more of a reason why he's running the Separatist and joining Palpatine

>Extended Arrival on Naboo & Padme's Parent's House
I think this would add some connections with Anakin and Padme as they talk, but also build on their relationship and how it blossomed from there. There were many scene that would have made the romance more sense. And getting to know Padme's family

I think it's an interesting scene to have. If they can modify it then it'll be better

Watch TCW, this scene has been replaced by a very similar story concept. Kinda baffled that people in /swco/ of all places haven't finished the first major Star Wars cartoon by now.

This is basically assumed to have happened already anyways. And it's already personally important to Leia because of Bail. Luke joined the Rebellion without knowing his heritage, so I disagree that Padme is important to their part in the Rebellion in the slightest.

Also, the movies are never getting a re-release, so I hope you don't have any real expectations of this stuff happening.

Young idealist Thrawn is cutest Thrawn. I hope they touch on all his pre-exile stuff again in the new book. The Chiss chapters in Outbound Flight are pretty good, and the Ascendancy could make for new interesting EU stuff.

It seems the EU content that's getting approved lately only relates to the main trilogies. Is the story group ever going to approve unrelated stories within the universe? There is so much room to create new stories without interfering with whatever is going on with the Skywalkers.

In all seriousness, the fact that Jar Jar ends up just as we began with him, except now the whole planet save for the kids he entertains shuns his existence, is a bittersweet end to his already tragic arc. Sure, he can bring smiles to the young, but when they grow up learning of his role in bringing the Empire about, they'll avoid him too considering things don't get much better by the time TFA rolls around.

I never hated Jar Jar, in fact I was probably one of the rare few that liked him, so this is kind of sad to take despite its being the most likely outcome. He put a bit of heart into everything he did but it ended up being either inappropriate for the situations at hand or used against him completely.

I don't doubt that some may have looked into their families in the event they survived the Purge. That or their families looked into them.

Writing a fanfic based on the latter where during the Clone Wars, a Jedi's family specifically requests his help with matters back on their homeworld. The Jedi has no clue as to who they are, until the family reveals that they weren't really in any serious trouble and that they simply wanted to see their grown up son. Lots of awkward tension ensues. Someone with Separatist sympathies learns that the Jedi came without a Republic force, so takes the opportunity to rat his presence out to the Separatists in the hopes of scoring the Seps' one million credit a head bounty on Jedi Cad Bane mentions in The Hunt for Ziro. The Jedi then has to defend his family and the planet from Separatist invasion until a Republic response can be hailed. At the end, the Jedi and his family make up and he says he'll look into visiting once in a while when the war is over. Next thing the family knows a few months later, the Jedi are branded as traitors to the Republic, to be hunted down and defeated. Kind of based off this comfy short Clone Wars story from a Star Wars Insider issue from around AotC's release.

So, Sheev's post-Endor plan is to just make sure everything burns down in his wake. Nothing new considering Shattered Empire, but I sure wish the Contingency was something more grand and forward-thinking than "Nobody but me deserves to rule the Empire, so fuck everyone, everything is going down".

Why is Sheev such a sore loser in later Canon? It doesn't particulary fit the conniving long-game master planner that was Sheev up until the rise of the Empire. EU's myriad of clones weren't particulary great either, but it was an actual plan, at least. In Canon, it's like he just gave up.

I get the feeling this is the unintended logical conclusion to the Sith way of thinking, but most Sith don't ever reach the point where they can honestly say "you know what, I think I'm the endgame." Sidious was the first one to finally achieve galactic control, and it seems like once he really settled into his place he just decided that the line didn't need to continue, partially because he assumed he'd find the secret to immortality. Plus he'd reached the point where even if he planned for an apprentice to succeed him, there wasn't one that could honestly take him. Vader could have, but he was damaged goods.

Galen pretending to be harmless is probably what did it. Even if Krennic knew Galen probably didn't like him much after all that happened, if Galen stopped fighting him and just did what was told and focused on the work, Krennic would have no reason to think he'd have the guts to try to subvert the project. It probably also helps that Krennic was overconfident. Any normal person would think that a scientist coerced into working for you has to be watched carefully to make sure he doesn't try anything, but Krennic was so convinced he knew how to play Galen that he didn't notice Galen had learned how to play him instead.

Had to google it to be sure, but they're epaulets. I personally like them in military uniforms, but holy hell is that one good looking outfit 10/10

It's Legends now, they are creatures that neutralize the force. He got them to keep C'baoth from fucking shit up on board, and also to help him capture Luke. I've only read up to halfway through Dark Force Rising though, got distracted by Catalyst and Outbound Flight.

It supposedly evolved because the wolf like animals that hunted them were force sensitive.
