This Robin is Damian Wayne, Batman's son with Talia al Ghul who was raised as an assassin until he was like ten. His weapon of choice is a sword. In normal continuity Damian is still 13 and Bruce is training him to not be lethal but in Injustice Damian joined up with Supes as a kid and is now an edgy twenty year old mad at his dad so he's using his sword again.

Power Girl, Zoom and John Stewart are similar characters from the same franchise to the people they're skins of with near identical powersets.
Cold is a Flash character, Freeze is a Batman character. They look nothing alike, and their moveset is very different. Cold has a gun and is faster, Freeze has his armor, making him slower but stronger and more resistant.

Have him use a scythe and pitchfork for his basic moves, probably some kicks too since he's so lanky. Up close he can use needles and have fear gas bombs and throwing the pitchfork as projectiles. His trait could be using the gas to let him "summon" fear effects like monster bats or skeletons until it wears off kind of like Quan-Chi's summoner variation in MKX. Super would probably be some big nightmare type effect like the old Arkham stage transition. Or they could go in a completely different direction and give him a Yellow Lantern ring and base his moveset around that. There's plenty of moveset options for Scarecrow.

Well there was a big negative reaction to him just being a stage transition so they know people want him and he's the villain in the Aquaman movie so that probably helps his chances a lot. I'd say he has a pretty good chance of being in the last pack of characters.

I hated the idea at first, but now that I think about it Ivy and Scarecrow are the best characters to fill the obligatory Batfag quota, way better than more generic martial artists.

Ivy's powers are used completely different than Swampy's, and with Swampy apparently having such a unique Noob Saibot/tentacles set, Ivy using flowrs, poison and ivy traps could look awesome, Scarecrow might get a scythe or Arkham style gaunlet, and his fear projections are probably control summons like Sinestro's or Quan Chi's.

My longshot wish for Scarecrow is that his Super involves infecting his opponents with fear gas and each character in the game has a unique hallucination based off what they fear most.

Don't Cheetah and Catwoman both use whips? How did Catwoman play in the first game, refined or "wild"?

I think Cheetah just fights hand to hand or with claws. Selina has the whip and bolas in addition to claws. They could make Selina more focused on her whip and gadgets while Cheetah has more claw stuff to help differentiate the two.

Cheetah doesn't use whips. She and Catwoman are very different other than having feline abilities. But it's to the point of difference between Ivy and Swamp Thing. In most versions Catwoman doesn't even have powers. Cheetah on the other hand has super strength and super speed and can command big cats.

That's what I was thinking, too, Selina keeps her Injustice 1 moveset with her whip and bolas and other toys while Cheetah fights more like a wild cat with her claws and pouncing on enemies.

I liked Playing Catwoman in IJ1 but some parts of her moveset were slightly dull
