It could be argued that cartoons that are genuinely made for adults are some of the worst, as they tend to rely on overt crassness instead of clever writing. I don't think anybody should want to watch a five minute Family Guy gag where the characters are just throwing up over and over.

Besides, most cartoons that /co/ claims to love are actually made for seven year olds. You're talking about a difference of a few years at most.
