The thing is Kaine is Peter not holding himself back, so angry Peter vs Kaine would be the same power level fighting, maybe the intelligence and combat tactis would make difference

It's not only that Kaine is a pissed of, angly Peter.
He's not Peter, not even physically. Most of the time, at least.
Kaine is way less playful, more serious and kind of mature, which is funny, because he does have Peter's memories to a certain degree, iirc. He has his own insecurities, guilty feelings and self-eastern issues, grown from different episodes in his short live. He's way less patient, too, even if he's more mature, funny enough. He's also, usually, at least, slightly more built, sometimes a bit taller and has claws. He may be a bit stronger, too, but I'm not sure about it.
