Well in the actual Marvel/DC crossover, all of the Marvel heroes were so weirded out by the fact that DC civies actually like their superheroes that they thought the DC heroes were actually tyranical rulers and all if the adoration was propaganda. So its safe to say that a DC hero might get really depressed being in the Marvel universe. A Marvel hero might find the DC universe a joy to be in.

There's total shitholes in DC, like Gotham, or below that Bludhaven, or below that Hub City.
If you took say Wild Dog into the Marvel Universe he wouldn't be particularly put out, he'd just end up teaming with the Punisher or something.
