Post characters that will never get what they really want

I loved this issue. I bought it on a whim, and gave it to a friend who is a huge DC fan. My personal favorite Lanterns are Larfleeze and G'Nort because they suck at being proper Lanterns. Anyway, if anyone is thinking about tracking down this Christmas one shot, I highly recommend it. It's good fun.

Not exactly. Humanity survives, but eventually becomes so cybernetically augmented that they're indistinguishable from reploids. As of ZX the only obvious difference between the two is the red triangle on a reploid's forehead. By the time of Legends the distinction has been forgotten entirely.

I like this idea, but man is G'Nort drawn incredibly weird here, especially since pretty much every other time I've seen him show up he has a proper muzzle like Larfleeze instead of whatever unholy mess his face is here
