Does this arc explain why 'Inhuman' Kymellians are a big deal in the slightest?
Kymellians ALREADY develop random spontaneous superpowers. Without the chance of physical malformations that come with Teregenesis. Seems like a pointless endeavor.
Or is the implication that they're all Inhumans from the start? Like how all Skrulls are Deviants.

Same guy, you don't necessarily need an external factor for an Inhuman to activate their powers, as shown with Karnak and the Inhumans that raised Red Raven. Maybe Antigenesis is for those who's powers don't activate normally?
