1. When chorus entertainment picked up teletoon they shifted a lot of their properties so more cartoons are on teletoon and more more tween sitcoms are on ytv,

2. The concept of the VG no longer worked as well on modern youth, with the advents of smart phones and instant gratification they lose a lot of their audience between shows so they trimmed the zone down to the bare bones.

3. Maybe we are just seeing how poorly scheduled programming matches up against the on demand nature of the internet. TV might of looked good when youtube was not a thing, but I don't have to sit around all day to watch an episode of Reboot on TV, I can just find it online somewhere.
