I hate how everything has to be 3DCG now. Also, gotta wonder who their audience is when they make the spider realistic. The whole point was to make her less creepy looking and cuter for little kids. Is the goal to change what kids think of as cute as opposed to icky? Good luck with that.

Yeah, I just ran off to YouTube and watched the clip it's from. Seems significantly less creepy in motion than it did in the still picture. As someone that enjoyed the older movie though I still find it off putting. But I could imagine kids liking it.
