You excluded the best shows from the era. Also, TTG, UG, and Clarence are just as good as anything from beforehand. As a cartoon network viewer from day one I can guarantee you this. Quit being whiny manchildren and respect the new shows.

How is TTG or UG any worse than Dexter, Chowder, or the Eds? Especially the later episodes? I see no problem with either of them. They're just wacky cartoony shows.
