Well no comment on the game aspect, which I assume are bad. It makes sense to change VA for the movie compared to the tv show.

I didn't really care for the show but I watched a couple episodes early on. These characters seem radically different, and the focus has shifted from Kai being the main-ish character to Lloyd. Seems like a retelling of a different timeline.

Legos and Father issues. What is it about legos and dad issues. First movie was about creative difference between Ferrel and son, Lego Bat will be Bat learning to raise Dick, and now this movie will be a punch clock villian and his estranged son. It doesn't sound bad just patterned.

I wonder how this will work with LEGO Dimensions.

I mean, logic dictates that this gets a story pack in year 3, but after the glut of Njago and Chima packs that shelfwarmed year one I can't see them wanting to give this a big rollout, especially since they're characters they've technically already made.
