What did OP mean by this?
for some reason, my brother consumed every bit of media about this movie but he never saw the actual movie
>
>>89752350
If any movie was homosexual propaganda it was this one
>>89753265
Is this a Shrek reference?
do people outside of spain care about this movie? never thought our stuff made it outside
>>89752641
Did he buy the toys?
>>89752350
it's ok
>>89752350
Oh yeah, it existed. I even saw it, but I remember hardly anything about it,
Nothing but sci fi references: the movie.

>50s satire
>protag has a 90s parted bowl
Bullshit.
>>89755026
Why?
>>89752641
Makes sense, actually. When my brothers and I were too young to actually see movies when they came out in theaters, we got overly hyped for them from the constant ads and bought a bunch of merchandise before actually seeing it on dvd. It wouldn't surprise me if we got hyped for a movie we never came around to watching.
The trailer implied the Astronaut would keep his helmet on and not make intelligible noises for the movie, which I thought was a neat touch.
Then not only does he go helmetless they can understand each other which was disappointing

I remember the movie not being as bad as I thought it was gonna be. The astronaut was so fucking hot.
>that antenna joke about his penis
I had an idea for a movie like this, but it would be live action and more serious.
>>89755268
Did they explain why they could understand each other?
>>89752369
Can't tell you because that's not what OP said, you meme-spouting idiot.
>>89753265
All the alien girls were pretty fuckable......that's basically all I remember about the movie.
These films might as well take place in the same universe. Why do people make generic cgi animated alien films?
>>89760740
Whoa there, i wouldn't put them in the same mental-slot-place-spot-whatever, Planet 51 at least was a polished product that looked nice and was well animated, however you feel about its actual plot.
>>89758013
I see we'll have to speak the universal language: English.
>>89752350
I'm kind of amazed they managed to get The Rock, this was right in the tipping point between ex-wrestler struggling to have a movie career and international mega moviestar.
>>89760740
Because the world is full of generic people.
