The WildCATS had a teammate called Void who got her powers from an extra dimensional suit, the suit was a sentient entity in its own right. When Void was dying Hadrian merged with her, gaining her powers and a snazzy silver suit.

Hadrian's powers are flight, super strength and energy blasts, it is the Void suit which lets him teleport things around.
