As far as the voice acting goes, it's really a perfect cast.

It didn't break any ground, but it was a pretty fucking enjoyable film. I only just re-watched it recently for the first time in well over a decade and it still holds up. Seems very aware of itself too.

Some of the animation and backgrounds are downright gorgeous.

Also Roxanne is an ultra qt

If you're young, you side with Max and see Goofy as obnoxious.

If you're older, you find Max a douche and empathize with Goofy.

At once a perfect 90s movie, a great road trip movie and a fantastic father/son bonding movie.

Sequel's good too, for a DTV, but not as good as the original.

I'm 100% sincere when I say that it is one of the best father-son movies of all time.

I'm 25 now, and I miss and hate the fact that I don't get to see my dad often. I'd love to be able to just take a week off from work and hang out and go on a road trip with him.

Goofy missed his little boy being a little boy, in the same way most adults miss being kids. Goofy just wanted some magical times back.
