Not to my standards.

I think 100% androgynous female characters are fun, though. Not every cartoon needs to be sexual. They don't need eyelashes and bows.

The voice is annoying, but not too grating. I hope they change it up later on like a certain rhinestone boy did. Like a reverse-flanderization in voice form.
