So who is the best Blue Beetle? And general Blue Beetle thread.

The lack of blue beetle love in co fucking saddens me.

I liked Jaime's original run, shame it was cut short not long after the first arc.

What I've read of Kord was also good, but I've had no exposure to the original guy.

Ted is best because he has a dirth of stuff that is actually good
Jaime has great potential and a really awesome Volume of work but he still doesn't beat out ted just on sheer volume

What I really want in life is a "Blue & Gold" book that splits its focus between time travelling Ted and Booster and present-day Jaime and Khalid to tell a single overall story.

He found the scarab in Egypt. He was an American hero in the golden age, so he was presumably in the All-Star Squadron. His death prompted Ted to become Blue Beetle. That's about it.

Going purely by visuals, Ted is the best.

I liked that he did join the Booster Gold book afterward, but I lost track of things not long after the Black Beetle or whoever was introduced.
