Time to see Civil War II as you've never seen it before. Every tie-in and related material, all put together in chronological order.
Many consider it the worst event in marvel history, but that was before it was presented like this.
I'll skip the most unrelated tie-ins, but they're all included in the download link.
Other chronological comics available: Seven Soldiers, Civil War I, Mignolaverse, Pax Americana.

Which tie ins are those
>>89705057
Waste of time
Let's read some cool comics.
>>89705069
Spider-Man 2099
Gods of War
Agents of SHIELD (later part)
All-New Avengers
International Iron Man
I think that's it.
>>89705077
It'll be fun.
Carol was right.
>>89705057
STORYTIME OF PAIN--GO!!!
>>89705057
oh dear
Skiping prologue II, about tony's youth.
>fighting crime while wearing your irreplaceable family heirlooms
>>89705208
God I hate this woman.
>>89705208
The perfect bookend to pair with CW2 #8.
>>89705069
I'll also be skipping
Squadron Supreme
Deadpool
Wolverine
X-Men
>>89705419
i think that begs the question then of whats left?
>>89705344
Why?
>>89705370
The tie-ins by Ewing shows us that an event written by him would be terrific.
>>89705431
I think it's...

Maybe some more.
I appreciate your work, but I doubt this event deserved your efforts
>>89705593
Thanks, but It was published all in the wrong order! This event most than most needed to be organized in order to be fully appreciated
I'm also working in a Rebirth/Watchmen chronological order, putting together every clue in the rebirth comics (and before rebirth).
>>89705057
You are a brave man anon, thanks for doing this.
>>89705143
You know, at the end of the day, Civil War II wasn't really much of an actual civil war. Only one real battle between a bunch of heroes and after that pretty much everyone got over it and went back to business as usual. Say what you will, at least Civil War I had consequences and felt like an actual war with leaders, multiple battles, strategies, etc.
>>89705190
So they somehow knew they had the Inhuman gene? Come to think of it, why wasn't Kamala's mother affected by the mist?
>>89705746
It was an unusual event, for sure. It wasn't a war, but it DID have consequences, a lot, just not seen in the main title.
The thing is that the event had at least three books that have to be considered "main titles" in order to get what happened: Ultimates, Steve Rogers, and the CWII book, and most of the effects were seen in the tie-ins.
But yeah, the event had a lot of impact the universe. You'll see that most teams and friendships are destroyed at the end of the story.
>>89705791
It's pure speculation, I dont think they knew.
Also the mist didn't get inside Kamala's house.
>>89705820
>You'll see that most teams and friendships are destroyed at the end of the story.
No, not really. A few yes, but not all. After the event almost everyone gets along just fine.
>>89705869
Okay, not all, but a lot of them.
Great storytime for a sadly shit event. Thanks, OP.
>>89705902
I don't even get why the Champions quit the Avengers over Civil War II.
>>89705869
>Wanda loses Pietro
>Kamala loses Bruno
>Deadpool loses his Mercs for Money
>Carol loses Jessica
>The Ultimates disband
>The Avengers disband
>The Unity Squad disbands
>The Guardians of the Galaxy disband
Yes, anon. Everyone touched by Ulysses sees his life ruined.
>>89705057
You don't need to do this, OP...At least The Oath was legendary.
>>89705957
It wasn't really related to the war. It just happened after it. I had to include it for The Oath to make sense.
>>89705996
>>The Avengers disband
>>The Unity Squad disbands
>>The Guardians of the Galaxy disband
These 3 don't really have anything to do with the actual war or the Ulysses debate though.
>>89705576
So is Iron Man the only white male left in the Marvel Universe now? Not that it's a bad thing, I'm just trying to keep track.
Why
Aren't there better stories you can dedicate your time to
Did this wider focus improve it at all?
Now I'm trying to books you should do instead
Maybe the Infinity trilogy to hype up for the movie
Or AvX, I know it's not well liked but I enjoyed some of the tie-is
>>89705057
why OP, do you really want (you)'s that badly
>>89706192
>So is Iron Man the only white male left in the Marvel Universe now?
Of course not, /co/ lied to you. Just because there's more non-white males doesn't mean there's less white males.
>>89706232
The thing is, would those improve this way?
I think reading it like this changes Civil War II completely, it's an event that need it's tie-ins.
>>89706127
The Guardians disband because Ulysses gets Thanos caught and the Guardians decided not to tell Gamora. Furthermore, Iron Man's side in the war destroys the Guardians' ship.
The Unity Squad disbands because Ulysses tells Steve that his Squad is going to search for a mutant cure.
You're right about the Avengers, but I forgot the Squadron Supreme also disbands, so that makes up for it.
>>89706192
>Iron Fist
>Cable
>Hyperion
>Amazing Spider-Man
>Spider-Man 2099
>Daredevil
>Old Man Logan
>Angel
>Iceman
>Cyclops
>Young Beast
>Coulson
>Tony Stark
>Starlord
>Pietro
>Hercules
>Nova
>Doctor Strange
>Winter Soldier
>Inferno
>Human Torch
>Black Bolt
>Deadpool
Etc.
>>89706244
His black daughter from the future is Iron Man now
>>89706323
>The Guardians disband because Ulysses gets Thanos caught and the Guardians decided not to tell Gamora
That doesn't really feel like an organic consequence of the actual war though. Everyone on the GotG was on the same side
>The Unity Squad disbands because Ulysses tells Steve that his Squad is going to search for a mutant cure.
No, it's because Ulysses told Steve that the Unity Squad was going to team up with Sebastian Shaw and Toad in order to break into a military facility, and they did. Steve actually warned them not to do it beforehand.
>>89706323
>Iceman
That one PROBABLY isn't going to do well for the "there is no social justice agenda at Marvel Comics" argument.
>>89705057
But why anon?
Whyyy?
>>89706468
>>89706491
This went absolutely nowhere, way to waste several pages.
>>89706451
Adult Iceman is straight, idiot.
>>89706451
Why, what the fuck did they do to Iceman?
>>89706513
It explains her position on preventive justice.
>>89706513
Coipel She-Hulk pages are never wasted.
>>89706525
No, he isn't.
>>89706526
He came out of the closet.
>>89706468
>He has served his time
How is that even possible? Given the crimes he's committed (like that time the Sons of the Serpent hired him to start a race war), and his multiple jailbreaks, there's no way he could possibly have naturally finished his sentence.
>>89706525
no they forced him to accept his gayness
>>89706545
>It explains her position on preventive justice.
But that doesn't matter, she gets Tit-missiled and then tells Carol something that completely contradicts her previous stance. Then she wakes up from her coma and says and does nothing.
>>89706554
This issue is not good at continuity. It gets better later on.
>>89705746
>Civil War II wasn't really much of an actual civil war.
Neither was the movie version. Or the original story for that matter.
>>89706545
>Latveria is under US protection
Infamous Iron Man contradicts this, and it's also written by Bendis
>>89706575
>>89706593
Proof that the President at the end of issue 8 is supposed to be Obama.
>>89706526
He's gay now.
>>89706525
Nope. Sorry.
>>89706593
>This issue is not good at continuity. It gets better later on.
It's Bendis, no it doesn't.
>>89706658
Anon, this is a storytime, and it's going to be a rather long one, please delete this
>>89706658
Not cool man. Don't post pictures in a storytime.
>>89706664
Yes it does, because other writers start to fix his mistakes.
>>89706698
>I thought you up and died
>I did. I'm better now
FUCK YOU BENDIS
You can't just casually bring a characer back to life with no explanation just to write him for one scene in a prologue issue and then not use him again even though he's a Hulk character whose reaction to Banner's death would have been interesting.
>>89706729
>My cousin has a couple of kids
Is this the only time we've ever heard of this cousin? She's not listed under Carol's relatives list on her wiki page.
>>89706789
I just want to say THANK YOU to the one making this comments. I love to see this attention to continuity.
>>89706784
>>89706800
Why did Maria Hill call She-Hulk to the Helicarrier to personally tell her about this?
Why not tell her on the phone?
As Director of SHIELD, shouldn't Maria be super busy?
Why didn't she send someone to tell her?
Why does Maria even care about something this minor in the grand scheme of things?
>>89706873
What was the point of introducing this new demon Inhuman only for her to never show up or be mentioned ever again?
The MCU movie was the only decent Civil War story out of the 3
>>89706323
>There are still some white b-list characters!
Captain America: Black
Thor: Woman
Iron Man: Black Woman
Hulk: Asian
Spider-Man: Black Hispanic
Wolverine: Woman
Hawkeye: Woman
That's the entire A-List of the Avengers, in case anyone is paying attention.
>>89706986
Spider-Man, Hawkeye, Wolverine and Captain America's white counterparts are still around, still heroes, still white and still have a book.
>>89706980
Why are all of these Inhumans here for this one random guy? This has never been the case for anyone else.
Crystal and a few others are in charge of going around recruiting NuHumans. Medusa, Triton Iso, The Torch and Beast stay in Attilan. They don't have time to individually greet every NuHuman around the world this way.
And Reader is a freelance mercenary, what's he doing here?
>>89706689
>>89706698
Okay, but let the record show that Iceman is gay now and the Bendis SJW rampage continues.
>>89707066
Yeah, Bendis is the worst, we know that.
>>89707027
Bendis
>>89706915
I was about to ask what happened to her
or why Doc isnt mentioned when bruce gets killed
>>89706789
Yes. Carol's got a healthy family unlike a lot of heroes, though, so it's not weird.
>>89706915
She showed up in Riri's book.
>>89707020
Which really just reinforces the idea that they were replaced for the social justice points, doesn't it?
>>89707117
>She showed up in Riri's book.
Did she? When? I don't remember that.
>>89707112
>or why Doc isnt mentioned when bruce gets killed
Because Bendis was only interested in using Samson because he's the only psychologist character in the MU that isn't evil. Once he wrote that scene, he had no use for him anymore because he only cared about how Hulk's death affected Carol, Tony and Clint.
>>89707142
I dont see how. There were in-universe explanations as to why they have counterparts, it didn't just happen suddenly, it was a result of years of comics.
There are other white heroes around and other diverse heroes that are not counterparts. Stop being an idiot.
>>89707161
Single panel in #3. She doesn't actually do anything.
>>89707020
Ewing time again!
>>89707127
>Pathetic, she wouldn't murder me, the Queen's cousin, in cold blood for being kind of an asshole, what a loser, weak!
>>89707257
Karnak is really an idiot.
I hated his series.
Karnak is a terrible teacher. Why did Medusa think this was a good idea?
I'm pretty sure Karnak wasn't always this edgy.
>>89707481
>>89707499
Just fucking kill yourself Karnak, you stupid piece of meat. Why do you do anything?
>>89707544
Ellis did it
>>89707544
He most definetly wasn't, he and Gorgon used to be good buddies and sometimes be involved in fun antics.
But then Warren Ellis came along and decided that someone that sees the flaw in everything must be an edgy cynic.
>>89707591
>someone that sees the flaw in everything must be an edgy cynic.
It's retarded. Seeing the flaws in something is fundamentally different than saying that it has no meaning.
>>89707630
I think Ewing makes him really cool. His ideas are still retarded but he's got story potential.
Where is The Tower actually located?
>>89705653
So basically, asian hulk has none of the drawbacks but all of the coolness of regular hulk?
That's...disappointing.
>>89707998
The wikia is really helpful
>Location Details
>Galaxy: Earth-616
>Star System: Sol
>Planet: Earth
>>89708044
Keep reading, he has his own drawbacks.
>>89708054
It's especially confusing since Attilan was never in a fixed location, it kept moving. Was the Tower in use when the Inhumans were living on the Moon?
>>89708086
According to Comic Vine
>The Tower of Wisdom is a monastery located in the remote Himalayas
I think the Karnak book implies that the first tower was located in the first Attilan location, the Himalayas. It seems this second tower was symbolically built in the same place.
>>89707544
The thing is nobody ever explored what they do that the tower of wisdom or what Karnak practices as priest. So Warren jumped all over that
>>89705090
I'm assuming you're skipping New Avengers? It doesn't have anything to do with the CWII other than obligatory Ulysses reference.
>>89708086
First one was always in Attilan, presumably it was blown up in infinity.. This one seems to be in the Himalayas since it always has mountains near by
About to begin the big story.
>>89708344
This was a good mini, tbqh.
Also, Tongue is my waifu.
why are you doing this to yourself, anon.
>>89708330
You're right. I'm including the celestials tie-in.
And of course the whole thing is in the download.
>>89708367
It really was.
>>89708391
Are you gonna do the Kingpin mini?
>>89705233
>wherever possible
Oh, McFuckOff, Carol.
>>89708408
Wasn't planning to.
It's pretty unrelated after the first issue and it implies that Sam supports Carol and that's totally wrong. It also calls the whole thing an "orwellian distopy" and that's really retarded.
I'll do it if you guys want me to.
>>89705057
>starlord on tony's side
do these people even plan this shit out before they make it?
>>89708472
Don't worry anon, I asked because I intended to storytime it myself tomorrow, because on Wednesday we get Kingpin's new solo series by the same writer.
>>89708513
Oh, great.
It wasn't strong on CWII continuity but it was an amazing series.
>>89708550
Yes, I agree that the continuity doesn't really mesh with the rest of Civil War II.
I did like how Jigsaw calls out the fact that in the case of the Kingpin and everyone else in the room, Ulysses isn't really being fascist since all of them are actual wanted criminals, not innocents who might or might not have done something in the future.
>>89707630the twist is Karnak knows it is bullshit
>>89708743
Why did Bendis create some OC Menace if he was never going to explain what it was?
>>89708707
>This is crazy, right?
Bendis sure loves having characters talk about how crazy things are
>>89708776
It is explained by Wiccan later
>>89708776
I remember reading a few weeks ago that it was confirmed to be a celestial. I think it was in The Oath or in Steve Rogers.
>>89708790
Are all these people flying or falling with style?
And what the hell is Quicksilver doing?
>>89708817
Not really
>>89708825
We still don't know why it came and wanted to destroy the Earth.
>>89708840
My guess the artist didn't know who could and couldn't fly. Steve and shulk have jetpacks, everybody else iis floating on unstable pym particles.
>>89708865
>He's a living concept-- the platonic ideal of "bad guy" wearing a flesh suit. -Ewing
Referenced as "celestials" by other comics.

I'm pretty sure that Night Thrasher's ID hasn't been secret in years.
>>89706931
And MUA 2 .
Did anyone buy physical copies of any of these comics? They're not for sale in my country.

So, Darkseid?

>>89709076
For those unaware, Shiklah is cucking Wade. Werewolf by Night is her boy toy.
>>89709333
>Not me
That's what happens when Bendis doesn't care about you.
Seriously, did Bendis ever use Hercules?
>>89709454
I never get how writers keep pulling this fucking gag, its a world with endless telepaths and magical fuckers on top of the fact everyone showed up to thwart a big attack they didnt know was coming until Ulysses told them.
Herc saying someone was fucking with him would be suspicious as fuck.
>>89709546
Ewing making fun of how the Celestial Destructor is just a generic bad guy to defeat and nothing more.
>>89709574
Fun fact: this book came out at the same time as Jason Aaron's "magic is dying and now all the old spells are useless" arc.
>>89709736
>To the dimension from which it came
Celestials come from another dimension?

>Many consider it the worst event in marvel history, but that was before it was presented like this.
Now it's even worse. Jesus Christ.
>>89710015
What? Why?
>>89710036
Because it's fucking nonsensical shit that every other writer whose name isn't Bendis takes potshots at. Seriously, just look at every Ewing tie-in, they're all about the poor guy trying to make sense of Bendis' idiocy.
Don't defend the undefensible.

It's sort of how it works
The Hulk is basically your pushed down, repressed emotions exploding.
Banner had massive, intense anger that he swallowed. That's why he was hulk smash
Then you look at Jen, who was different. She was more outgoing and emotional because she'd repressed basically everything
>>89705132
>More specifically, British
No Marvel, that's less specific. Britain is Wales, England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
England is just England.
