So, I decided to check out a couple episodes of The Mr. Peabody & Sherman Show Season 1 on Netflix. And, I gotta say it's actually pretty good.
>mr. peabody and sherman are both likable
>the stories get quite creative
>nice character designs for most
>some chuckleworthy moments
>funny historical caricatures
Everything seems to be going for the show...
And, then there are the talk show segments with the live studio audience and shit.
>annoying laugh tracks
>bogs down pacing
>stereotypical sassy black woman
>leaves me cringing until they get back to the story
>only saving grace is christine's thiccness
It's too bad because I'm a sucker for cartoons that make fun of history but the last one I can remember was Time Squad (though if there is a more recent one correct me)
Does it get better?
Also, just general Peabody and Sherman thread (if you wanna talk about the original or movie, go on ahead I guess)

I binge watched the whole thing a couple months ago. Loved it. It gets better as it goes on, the animation gets really expressive in season 2/3
