There are many good Kamen Rider series. That webm is from Drive which I've only seen the first few episodes of, but I like what I saw. There are also some bad series like Kiva and Decade. Most are hit or miss story wise, but every now and again there's some decently engaging stories.
Kuuga and Agito in particular are really good. Agito in particular has my favorite trope
