What I like about The Top is that he's one of the few people that can one-up Barry in a particular Speed feat. His rotations are so fast that even the Flashes were wary of tackling him head-on. And meanwhile, his intellect vastly increases so you have a villain who can fuck your shit up if you get too close whose also gaining more and more tactical insight and analysis.

Turbine hasn't been seen since the Gorilla Warfare arc, and yeah, he was supposed to be Top's replacement. During Venditti's run we got a new Roscoe Dillon who was kind of an adorkable teenager...it'll be interesting to see if/how DC decides to reconcile him with pre-Flashpoint Top.

That was after Zatanna had mucked with his mind and he felt supremely guilty over all the shitty things he'd done in his life, so I think some melodramatic dialogue is to be expected. People complain that the Flash is too hax, but look at his villains.

This thread proves how much of a threat The Top is. Even when he isn't full-out psycho, Top can seriously fuck up Barry, Wally, or Bart on a good day.

Anyone else remember Rag Doll originally being a Flash villain? He can seriously cause damage without being in the vicinity of a superhero. He can hypnotize and control a whole crowd of innocent civilians to do his evil bidding or even as human shields.

Everyone knows how people with trans-dimensional application can be nightmarefuel like Mirror Master. But what about Folded Man?

Shade has all sorts of nasty tricks that can catch a speedster off-guard.

Abra Kadabra? That dude can theoretically annihilate the entire JLA and JSA line-ups if he tapped into his full magical potential.

Mister Element/Doctor Alchemy? Most definitely.

Imagine if these Flash's villains went full-out evil mode with no punches pulled back. That would truly be terrifying enough that even the Rogues would try and help the Flashes.
