Dixon phrased it really well early on in his first run and I'm gonna paraphrase.

Hub City was just a dumpster fire of a town and by default the worst place in the DCU. Third world nation levels of shit. Dumpster babies on the street corner. Gotham and Bludhaven can't compare to either.

Can't wait to get out of Bludhaven for the next arc. This was a big drop in quality even with To's art.

Jason has been pretty tolerable lately

I was bored to be honest.... this didn't felt all that compelling and the way the narration and dialogue was used in panels felt obstrusive.

As for any other nit picks: hate it when his batons are just sticking to his back. Give him a thigh strap or something. Another evil Nightwing? Ugk.

Only good thing might be the Mr Mirror/Glass villain, Orca showing up and getting to see Bludhaven again.
