Not so much a fanboy as just pointing out typical narrative structure. That video ended with the word gray and nobody left around/alive but Odin. So seriously, what do you expect in this scene besides a recently unconscious dude having a look around? We could go to Maggie and Gil, who probably aren't doing anything but pissing themselves. Raven and Crow are gone. The TITAN people are dead. Ava's probably not doing anything interesting, but maybe we're about to see her, who knows? All I'm saying is that it's kinda dense to expect excitement and shit after several scenes that were building up to the big scene we got in the video. Story's gotta cool down for a second.

first thought is he's an attempt to literally make perfect followers. Elite blue, faithful with vague memories of a past life and being personally saved by Six. Maybe when they found out he was dumb as a brick and talking to himself, they decided to send him off to live in isolation for 9 years with a bottle of poisoned wine and hope for the best.

Other theory is he was born/revived at the exact moment Nevy was killed to contain and amnesiac her. She's the third most powerful demon, according to Wrathia. Doesn't make sense with them trying to exile/kill him but maybe they thought the damage is done and Nevy's no longer a threat.
