Yeah it aired for only a short time in the early 2000s iirc, and really didn't have the same target audience or humor as the BD (which relies a lot on play-on-words and long overwritten dialogues that can be enjoyable to adults).
It's weird that they even decided to use that IP with how dissimilar they are.
