Not really. I love the Bat family but look at those characters and tell me how many times you've seen:

They have somewhere between one and three storylines each that get repeated forever thanks to chicken shit editors and retcons. The closest we ever got to a Batman U is Morrison's Batman Inc and DC bolted from it like the plague.

With his various sidekicks, yes, and I think it would actually work better than in the larger DCU, because you won't constantly run into power level problems with how the same character has to be able to pull his weight in JLA but not instantly obliterate all crime in Gotham.

I also think all Wildstorm characters should be kicked back to a universe of their own - not for powerlevel reasons, but because they can't ever really be important in-story if Superman and such exist on the same planet.

I would much greatly prefer a batverse without a batman.

My bet is.. she's gonna see the secondary cracks to her ideology (Luke being the first to take a good smack at it) might not work as much as she thought it would. But really see why Gotham needs Batman or people like him.

Steph maybe off the team, but she's not off the comic. She'll probably appear once or twice in the arc or get mentioned a lot because of Harper/Cass.
