and that's it. The trailer confirms 90% of this, by the way.

Iron Man shows up, gives Spidey all his tech and tells him how to be a hero. When Spidey is fighting the bad guy, Iron Man shows up, helps him, but it's Spidey who finishes it. At the end, Iron Man shows up to tell him how good a job he did, and Spidey asks if he can join the Avengers and he says no.

In the post-credits scene, Iron Man shows up.
