Would WB have the good sense to adapt Justice League Unlimited's Cadmus storyline?
Because seeing how grimdark the DCEU is and we know Waller and the government is keeping eye on metahumans, isn't this the overarching plot for WB to do? They already dropped the box with Doomsday and they're building up a confrontation with Darkseid, but unlike the MCU's culmination with Infinity Wars, I think a Cadmus plot would work best.
Unlike Marvel, the DCEU heroes aren't sanctioned by the World Security Council like the Avengers. They're a gathering of superheroes who don't have government oversight like Tony and Steve have to for SHIELD.
And it stands to reason that Waller distrusts Superman and other metas. I mean, look at the blowback we saw in Batman vs Superman.

DCAU will never be as good as the DCEU.
Fact.

They'd fuck it up.
The team behind the DCEU couldn't throw a 6 year old a birthday party when provided with a bouncy castle, ice cream and an unlimited supply of blackcurrent Fanta.

no
Isn't that what they're already doing basically?

Are they? Because there's no subtle clues and long-standing continuity like Batman TAS and Superman TAS to hint at this.
