I think having to hold your breath is a good limitation for the majority of super powers.

Worm is pretty good with these.

>Superspeed is not actually you becoming extremely fast, its you transfering your body in-between realities and changing your state of being, that way, to become superfast your body can't be all "there" so you don't actually have a lot of impact or strenght for powerful attacks

You have Super Speed, but normal reflexes. Go too fast, and you will inevitably crash into something.

You can see the future but every single thing that happens is graved on stone and can't be changed, not even your thoughts and therefore your actions.

No matter how much you struggle and try to differ from what you see, it all falls in the predictions. You struggle, you acceptance and your hate.

It's part of a story I think of sometimes.
