Anybody else thought this was a bit confusing at parts? Those lake lady arms came out of nowhere. Well, a fountain. But at first I didn't even know there was a fountain near them until I looked back a bit. Bad planning of the art/layout. What do you call storyboarding for comics? I saw a few people sharing previews/articles about this comic on Twitter and mostly ignored them because it looked ugly and generic, and guess what, it's exactly that.

The artist isn't very good yet but she is definitely a grade A QT3.14

I mean, anyone that has seen it can see the obvious paralels between shit like this, Princeless and even Steven Universe and they are all souless copies in comparisson.

I get that European fairy tales have a wider reach, but the European aesthetic has gotten a bit old. Instead of these twists, they could adapt some foreign shit, like Nana Miriam.
