hoagie goes to an underground soda bar, and gets caught in a soda bust by mr. fizz, hoagie later gets interigated by mr. fizz to him where the root beer supply is coming, hoagie refuses to squeal, and later gets rescued by sector v and attempt to escape, until they found out mr. fizz has been bottling kids for some reason that wasn't explained, mr. fizz gets frustrated and battles it out with the knd resulting in him losing and having to unbottle all the kids at gunpoint.
