The only end game Chloe caused is the cancellation of the cartoon.
Most viewers associate Timmys future wife as Tootie. No one gave a shit about Timmy getting with Trixie and that pairing was better off dead even with all the focus they tried giving it post Poof. They should've just went with Tootie instead. The ratings for the live action series was a high point for the show.
Introducing a new girl out of nowhere to fill a better characters shoes will go down as one of the biggest mistakes in Hartmans career.

I liked Trixie on an individual level and would've loved to see her explored more.

Vicky can never be a main villain because babysitting plots can never last forever at that regularity. They did well enough in the beginning, but over time it was harder to do

In seasons 4 to 6, Vicky was in a tonne of episodes, but she was doing a lot of different stuff and there was some lust for power part of her character where she occasionally wanted to take over the world. Which some people didnt like (though I was fine with it).

Seasons 7 to 10 have less Vicky, but the other stuff has been discarded as almost all of her appearances centre around babysitting again. People dislike this too, but I'm happy that recent seasons are trying to dial back characters to how they were earlier (except Cosmo). Hell, they had to make her vaguely aware of magical creatures just so they have things to do with her still.

Crocker is just the easiest villain to make episodes for, as he can get in contact with pretty much every other good and bad guy in the series, knows about magic, can be in the episode as a friend, foe or just obstacle, and exists in a central location of appearing both at school and home.

It's less a waste and more this is just how the character interactions and plots would end up in a show like FoP after 15 years.

I will defend Season 10 any day of the week, but Season 9 is really hard to sit through at times because everything about the show just felt off. A lot of the plots sucked and the dynamics werent right. But a few episodes do get my praise. Dinklescouts, Weirdos on a Train and Viral Vidiots were really great, as were a few others. Yeah it was the same with me, but after a few episodes of S10 I just didn't feel like keeping up. None of the episodes interest me.

It's just a guess. Nick takes long to renew the show each season or tells them it's over, and someone who works on the show came on the wiki and mentioned that between seasons, everyone often just goes off to do other stuff and get rehired when the show is renewed.

I feel that this is the reason for the differing quality and feels of the later seasons, as a few different people are on the crew each time. The fact that the voice actors are gone is just my theory based on that.

I learned something a while back from looking at the current state of the Simpsons fandom.

Long running shows often get bad, but some of them pass over into a point where it's not objectively bad, but just really, really polarising.

A show has gone on so long that everyone is coming into it expecting something different, and the show cant please everyone.

In Whittle Me This, she wants to help out Catman when TImmy doesnt. It leads to her being led on a wild goose chase by a crazy person and ends with her almost losing her fairies.

In Mayor May Not she tries to help out with traffic and almost gets run over by a car until TImmy unwishes the Wish

In Tardy Sause she spends the whole episode shitting on Timmy before realising she was wrong about him

in Animal Crockers she wishes for the endangered animal to flourish again and they destroy the town and Crocker holds her and Timmy hostage

In Fish Out of Water she has no idea what to do and Timmy comes up with the idea to save the day. This also happens in Certifiable Super Sitter.

In Dimmsdale Daze, she wishes to be an adult because she thinks her parents are too strickt and she can do better, but is so mean to her parents as kids that they end up with fairies themselves.

And this is what I can remember.

in Booby Trapped she literally cant function around her parents when they think she's made a bad choice and she blacks out several times in the episode.

She has nervous breakdowns in the following episodes: Girly Squirrely, Fish Out of Water, Booby Trapped, The Big Fairy Share Scare, Birthday Battle, and A Sash and a Rash.

We've had more than one episode where the stress from working so hard actually gets to her like, mentally.

It's fine if you dislike Chloe, but at least dislike her for reasons that actually exist. She's annoying or something? Sure, I can buy someone thinking so. But she is not a Mary Sue.

I disagree. One thing I always liked about the show was it explored every possibility with the premise. We've had fairies quitting and fairies sharing and genies and pixies and losing your fairies from breaking the rules and fairy babies and pretty much everything.

There's a lot of shows that never take their premise and do anything with it so I appreciate one that really went all out, even if it doesnt always work.

It's also why I really respect Ben 10.

Plus we never see Timmy's old friends anymore. We used to see characters like Chester, AJ, Sanjay, that kid with the boil(I forget his name), Tootie, and Trixie all the time, but now we never see them. They don't show up in the background at school, and I'm pretty sure none of them were in that last Squirrely Scouts episode. Even if they lost the voice actors like someone suggested above, there's no reason that they can't just pop up in the background every once in a while. It's like they all just left town after Chloe showed up.
