My prediction:
- Jack is 80 years old like Genndy says, but in the future ageing is slower so 80 is more like 50, plus Jack still trains so he's still really fit
- He's sick of battling Aku but can't stop because that's the only thing he knows how to do any more
- He meets the Scotsman by chance and he reminds Jack that there's still hope
- Jack goes back to the guardian of the time portal, fights him, and wins. The guardian warns him he's not ready.
- Jack amasses an army just like it was prophesied in the original series when he fought the guardian
- They fight Aku and lose, old Jack dies.Young Jack fights Aku (exactly the same way as before), gets sent to the future (exactly the same way as before)
- Skip to the guardian fight again, the guardian has a premonition, tells Jack he must not return to the past, but use the time portal to go to the future and strike Aku whe he doesn't expect it.
- Jack uses the time portal to go to the future, kills Aku, bitter-sweet ending since Jack lost everything he had but defeated Aku.

Where? I´m using as an example the scene that Genndy described in the Comic Con. In that one he's only using his bike and a gun to fight off the beetle bugs and not even once does he draw his sword. It doesn't seem like Jack to disregard the sword that is the pride of his family, aside from it being fucking magic, for a simple gun. It doesn't seem in character, so I´m assuming something must have happened to keep Jack from utilizing it.

There were no "fan" videos of the actual storyboard or the finished scene they showed. The website had the animatic of Aku brooding, which is still up. The recordings of the panel on youtube from fans only had some of the talking and q&a session shit, nothing from the pitch itself. Vid quality was so bad it wouldn't have mattered anyway but whatever.

There WAS someone on r/samuraijack who claimed to have recorded some of it, but Genndy himself swore the room to secrecy, and the person only showed a few close friends so whatever they had never leaked.

Yes but be wary that if you are older than 15 and have a small attention span then it might not be for you. It's a very slow paced show and I'm pretty sure the only reason why kids liked it so much was because it was cool to watch a dude with a sword fight people. I've met lots of people who are in their 20s, only just started watching it, and are hooked. I think it's actually easier to watch and appreciate if you're late teens-early twenties because it's kino as fuck. I started watching the original after hearing the news for the new season. I thought it seemed cool, but I wanted to get a taste of the OG flavor before getting hyped for the new one. So, I ended up watching the first 4 seasons of Samurai Jack twice and it's been one of my favorite cartoons of all times ever since. I really recommend you give it a watch; it's aged quite well.
