Same thing happening to most other networks? Less people are watching TV when they can just record it or watch it online somewhere. Don't even the kids networks advertise how you can watch their shows on their websites or download apps to watch shows on mobile devices?

It's not just kids networks.

The Simpsons back in the 90s was usually able to break 20 million views with ease, but now it has trouble even getting a fifth of that. I know that it's mostly because the show is shit, but think of how long and steady of a decline that is.

Do you guys think kid shit will all go digital? As in cable/satellite will no longer have kids channels and instead focus on 24 hour news cycles and food channels?

Short of the internet being permanently shutdown, nothing can be done for television'sagging ratings because people will always choose the ability to watch a show on their own time than having to tune in at a specific time like a television network wants them to. National won't die anytime soon but Cable is just delaying the inevitable

Cable and Satellite itself will die soon and make way for streaming regardless. Comcast has already seen the writing on the wall and that's why they partnered up with Netflix so they can survive the inevitable transition
