Mr. Freeze is probably my bias because I like the character, I was debating him or Larfleeze. Beast Boy has great moveset potential. Hawkgirl or Hawkman are basically equivalent, I picked Hawkgirl kind of arbitrarily but I think one should be there. Red Hood is obscenely popular. I wasn't making a 100% dream unrealistic roster, otherwise I wouldn't have put Cyborg and Catwoman; I was aiming for a somewhat realistic but still good roster.

Because we don't really need both of them and it would be easier to fit Catwoman in to what Cheetah would have in her moveset than the other way around. They're both agile, fierce fighters who can use claw attacks but Selina has the whip and bolas as well. You could maybe make Cheetah's tail work for Selina's whip attacks but it seems easier to go the other way around.
