Are you a teenager? He didn't deliver on a single promise. His healthcare coverage (which admittedly was more Romneycare than anything) was disastrous. He set back racial relations by decades by encouraging blacks to riot and loot in response to criminals being killed. He continued the Patriot Act when it was fully within his power to eliminate.
